We at STREAMS Solutions are looking for a sales professional, with experience of B2B software solution sales who is a proven consultative closer. We expect extraordinary attention to detail and top-notch communication abilities as a given. A vibrant individual who can work with our prospects to design solutions to their needs would be a prospective candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information.
- Attend sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team, and keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.
- Manage the pipeline of prospects from lead generation to paying customer.
- Close new business by qualifying opportunities and securing demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers in enterprise companies.
- Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs, own the proposal process, and close the sale.
- Work with our CRM to document sales activities.
- Attend sales meetings, work closely with the marketing team, and keep current with all product information, pricing and contract terms.
- Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships.
- Engage directly with decision makers in marketing agencies and medium sized businesses in Washington DC and Virginia USA.
- Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports with CRM tools.
- Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the CEO.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent research, planning and organisation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to convert prospects and close deals via phone.
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in the B2B market with demonstrated success in solution sales domains such as enterprise software, consulting services, etc.
- A proven sales record and experience selling to the corporate market.
- All our Clients are from North America, working experience with US clients will be desirable.
- Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of enterprise organisations.
- Experience with contract or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic.
- Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
