Digital Marketing Manager

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools, with a curiosity to continuously explore what’s next
  • Demonstrated experience managing a corporate website, including hands-on WordPress proficiency
  • Strong paid search expertise, including campaign strategy, bid management, and performance reporting
  • Solid understanding of how paid and organic search work together, including SEO principles and how AI-powered tools are reshaping the search landscape. Work with the technical team to enhance and optimize the company’s website ranking.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and third-party digital advertising, including campaign execution and vendor management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
  • Detail-oriented and structured, with a track record of owning programs end-to-end.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the corporate website, including hands-on work with WordPress. 
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns, including strategy, bid management, and performance tracking. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve website performance, SEO, and search rankings. 
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels. 
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. 
  • Manage programmatic and third-party digital advertising campaigns, including vendor coordination. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
