Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks.
  • Screening candidate’s resumes, contacting relevant candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Contribute towards other HR engagement activities.
  • Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices.
  • Assess and evaluate knowledge. communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience, Recruitment experience of at least 1.5 years is mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Excellent communication skills required – oral and written.
  • Excellent PR skills with candidates, associates, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Constant growth and learning to ensure premium productivity for the organization.
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc).
