Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks.
- Screening candidate’s resumes, contacting relevant candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Contribute towards other HR engagement activities.
- Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices.
- Assess and evaluate knowledge. communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
- 2 – 3 years of experience, Recruitment experience of at least 1.5 years is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Excellent communication skills required – oral and written.
- Excellent PR skills with candidates, associates, and external recruitment agencies.
- Constant growth and learning to ensure premium productivity for the organization.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc).
